SESSION OVERVIEW

This session explains how public sector organizations can finally integrate their collections and POS functions with JD Edwards Financial Management.With SmarterCommerce Collections, your organization can efficiently process collections of previously invoiced items as well as over-the-counter or mailed recording of transactions and payments for non-billed items such as licenses, permits, and registrations.

Payment tender can be processed for cash, checks and credit cards and of course, you have the option to print a receipt as necessary. Additionally, you can pre-set speed buttons for General Ledger revenue accounts so that data entry personnel do need to know or have to enter account numbers creating efficiencies, and saving your organization critical time and resources.
