brij will be teaching the APICS designed course for “Getting the Most Out of Your ERP Software” online over an 8 week period.

Course Description:

The Introduction to Enterprise Resources Planning course presents material essential to the successful implementation of an ERP system.   The course provides a foundation for understanding the process integration of business-wide functions (e.g., demand management, product design, and delivery) required and supported by an ERP implementation and the benefits accrued from an ERP implementation.  In addition, the course addresses the organizational considerations and requirements for creating and sustaining a learning organization that is receptive to change and to the placement of an ERP system within the supply chain.  The course concludes with strategies and methodologies to execute the ERP implementation.

Session 1 and 2 will be taught on the Wednesday prior to the ERP Vendor Shootout™ from 1:00-5:30pm EDT. The remainder of the course will be taught via Webinar.
