New ROI Tool for JD Edwards Upgrades

Through a joint effort of IBM and JD Edwards a new tool has been created that gives you a Return on Investment (ROI) for doing a software upgrade. The tool allows you to put in the JDE version and hardware you are on. Then you can view the enhancements that exist in the version you are looking to upgrade to and determine whether they are things that would bring value to your organization. You can also weight the value for a particular feature or function based on how many employees it would affect. In the end the tool spits out an ROI dollar value to determine if an upgrade makes sense for you.

This type of tool certainly helps when you are justifying the upgrade to upper management. If you would like to see what kind of value your next JD Edwards upgrade can bring contact info@brij.net.
